Veronica spoke with Glenn who gave Veronica the information needed, and asked for a new survey to which it was brought to the trustees to list what's there as she was told to get it to the Trustees by Dec. 2"d There is no violation because this work was not done by the new owner prior to purchasing this property. She wants to be compliant and take care of what needs to be done. Please advise Veronica as she was upset to hear from me after speaking with Glenn who advised her what she needed with a survey to update the existing permit that came with the house. If Veronica needs to correct the decking, please let her know when you give her a new updated permit as well as the survey listing the measurements of the dock, stairs and fencing around the pool which needs to be added. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from our office. When Glen came he knew that So he said get a drawing for an as built which I did. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do but I never built anything without a permit I'm just trying to get the existing permit transferred to me with whatever was there when I bought the property. I think you can check Google maps to see the steps and the rest of the walk was already there prior to January when I closed on the property.
