abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Pine Neck Road distant 1,234
feet easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of
Pine Neck Road with the easterly side of Oaklawn Avenue, said point of
beginning being where the division line between the premises described herein
and land now or formerly of Bain intersects the northerly side of Pine Neck Road;
