This Deed, made June 12, 2017, between Stephen McGiff, Esq., 96 South
Ocean Avenue, Patchogue, NY 11772, Referee, in the foreclosure action
hereinafter mentioned, party of the first part and LNV Corporation, 7195
Dallas Parkway, Plano, TX 75024, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, being the Referee
appointed in an action between LNV Corporation, plaintiff, and Richard
Quarty a/k/a Richard E. Quarty, CACH, LLC, Jean Quarty ; defendants,
foreclosing a mortgage(s) recorded in the SUFFOLK County Clerk's Office in
Liber 21528 of Mortgages at Page 698, on the 3rd day of May, 2007, and in
pursuance of a Judgment entered at a Special Term of the Supreme Court
under Index Number 063394/2014, on the 9th day of December, 2016, and in
consideration of the sum of $623,220.40 DOLLARS paid by the party of the
second part, being the highest sum bid at the sale under such Judgment,
