That there will be no unreasonable interference with navigation as a result of the work herein authorized. 6. That there shall be no interference with the right of the public to pass and repass along the beach between high and low water marks. 7. That if future operations of the Town of Southold require the removal and/or alterations in the location of the work herein authorized, or if, in the opiulon of the Board of Trustees, the work shall cause unreasonable obstmcuon to free navigation, the said Permit'tee will be required, upon due notice, to remove or alter this work or project herein stated without expenses to the Town of Soui~old. 8. Box 728 Southold, New York 11971 October 4, 1989 Proper T Services PO Box 617 Cutchogue, N.Y. 11935 Re: Application No. 7-4-89-77-3-17.2 Dear Mr. Fitzgerald: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during their regular meeting held on September 28, 1989 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, Proper T Services on behalf of Dr. Francisco Sciotto applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated July 17, 1989 and, WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on September 28, 1989 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will -not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Proper T Services ON BEHALF OF Dr. Francisco Sciotto BE AND HEREBY IS GRANTED PERMISSION UNDER THE WETLAND ORDINANCE TO: Construct 4' x 16 catwalk, 4' x 16' ramp, two floating docks, each 6' x 20', install 4 2-pile dolphins to secure float, associated pilings for catwalk. Property located on R.O.W. off North Bayview Rd., Southold, N.Y. This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed if work has not commenced by said date. Fees must be paid and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project.
