ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southhold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, shown and designated as and by the Lot# 116 on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport, Section 4", and filed in the Suffolk
County Clerks Office on 03/0711966 under the Map No. 4586 which said lot is more
particular bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Sound Drive where the division line
between Lot No. 116 and Lot 115 Intersects the northerly side of Sound Drive;
RUNNING THENCE North 24 degrees 14. minutes 40 seconds West along said last
mentioned division 301.18 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Long island Sound;
THENCE North 45 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East along said high water mark,
106.00 feet to the division line between Lot No. 116 and Lot No. 117 as shown on the
above mentioned Map;
