From: Cantrell, Elizabeth Sent: Friday, May 19, 2017 9:38 AM To: Terry, Mark Subject: LWRP review Mark, On January 14, 2016 you made an LWRP review for Bruce &Allan Goldsmith (SCTM#1000-64-3-8)to replace their bulkhead and return in-place, which was determined to be exempt. The application never went to a public hearing due to issues between the multiple property owners. It is now being re-opened and re-noticed under one name, Bruce Goldsmith who now solely owns this property. Please advise whether you wish to review the application again or the Trustees can use the original LWRP as the proposed project has not changed, only the property owner. The application was tabled due to issues between the multiple property owners. It has finally been resolved and we are re-noticing the application. The original application was for Bruce &Allan Goldsmith, the property is now solely owned by Bruce Goldsmith. The only change to the entire application is the homeowner. Would you like me to send a packet over with the original CAC report for your members to create a new CAC report,or should the Trustees use the original CAC report from 2016? Thank you.
