That this Permit is valid for a period of 24 mo~ which is considered to be the estimated time required to complete the work involved, but should circumstances warrant, reques~ for an extension may be made to the Board at a later date. 3. Tlmt this permit should be retained indefitdtely, or as long as the said Permlttee wishes ro maintain the structure or project involved, to provide evidence to anyone concerned that anth- otization was origltmlly obtained. 4. That the work involved will be subject to the inspection and approval of the Board or its agents, and non-compliance with the provisions of the originating application, may be cause for revocation of this Permit by resolution of the said Board. 5. That there will be no unreasonable interference with navigation as a result of the work herein authorized. 6. That there shall be no interference with the right of the public to pass and repass along the beach between high ami low water marks. 7. That if foru~e operations of the Town of Southold require the removal and/or alterations in the location of the work herein authorized, or if, in the opinion of the Board of Trustees, the work shall cause unreasonable obstraenon to free navigation, the said Permlttee ~ be requi~ upon due notice, to remove or alter this work or project herein stated without expenses to the Town of Southold. 8. Tuthill BOARD OF TOWN TRUSTEES Fax (516) 765-1823 telephone (516~ 765-1892 TOWN OF SOUTHOLD Telephone 1516) 765-1800 January 2, 1991 En-Consultants, Inc. 1329 North Sea Road Southampton, NY 11968 Re: Adrian'McCall Dear Mr. Haje: · he following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on December 20, 1990 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, EN-CONSULTANTS IN BEHALF OF ADRIAN MCCALL applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated November 7, 1990 and, WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recomalendations, and, WHEREAS, it was RESOLVED to rescind the positive declaration in regard to the dredging for this application whereas the applicant withdrew the dredging from the application on November 29, 1990, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on December 20, 1990 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the Town, NOW~ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT EN-CONSULTA~TS ON BEHALF OF ADRIAN MCCALL BE AND HEREBY IS GRANTED PERMISSION UNDER THE WETLAND ORDINANCE TO: replace 43 1.f. of existing bulkhead within 18". No dredging shall take place. This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed if work has not commenced by said date. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project. Please return to the Building Department for a determination on the need for any other permits which may be required for this project. New York 1197~ SOUTHOLD TOWN CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL TOWN OF $OUTHOL9 To: Southold Town Trustees From: Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council Dated: December 18, 1990 Re: Recommendation of Wetland Applications The CAC discussed the Larry Tuthill application for two bulkheads and recommend that the Trustees disapprove the project. The Council is still opposed because the project would destroy the spartina. On a motion by John Holzapfel, seconded by Margaret Feeney, it was RESOVLED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval of Wetland Application of Joseph Fukjinski revised application, amended to construciton of a catwalk ramp/float assembly with no_ dredging. New Suffolk. Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. On a motion by Bruce Loucka, seconded by John Holzapfel it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval of Wetland Application No. 11-1-90-57-2-20 of John Milazzo to build an addition to an existing house. The CAC recommends approval of the project only as it was written on the submitted appplication, any revisions the owner may consider must be resubmitted before the CAC would approve. Recommend approval only for the second story. 9 Island View Lane, Southold Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. On a motion by Stephen Angell, second by Bruce Loucka, it was RESOVLED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval of Wetland Application No. 11-2-90-116-6-3 & 4 of Adrian McCall to replace within 18" 43 I.f. of timber bulkhead. 10230 New Suffolk Avenue, Cutchogue, New York Vote of Council: Ayes: Stephen Angell, Bruce Loucka, John Holzapfel, Cynthia Sturner, Margaret Feeney Abstain: Robert Keith Motion carried. On a motion by Stephen Angell, seconded by Cynthia Sturner, it was RESOVLED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval with stipulations of Wetland Application No. 11-3-90-118-5-2 of Frances Frisbie to construct a timber dock. The CAC stipulate that the applicant contain all runoff and take measures to stop any erosion during con- struction. The Council also suggests applicant install a stairway or form terracing (stairway is prefered) to help eliminate erosion. 8050 Nassau Point Road. Cutchogue Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried.
