IT as a link from the homepage of the Town's website so the public can easily determine if an ongoing event has a permit or not. We discussed the need for a complete review of the special event code and the possibility of the Town Board taking over the review process for all special event applications, including those that are currently handled by the ZBA Chairperson and ZBA staff(events that anticipate less than 1,00 people in attendance). To keep members of the "Down Board informed, I have instructed my office staff to add them to the distribution E Mail list of those who review special event applications. The matter will be scheduled for further discussion at a future Code Committee meeting. ZBA 2017 Annual Traiging On July 5, 2017, the Town. Board approved my proposal for the four hours of required annual training for all ZBA members in 2017. Training is scheduled to start in September. 111.
