The following recommend tlon was made at the Southold Town Conservation-
Advisory Council meeting held Monday, December 15, 1997:
WR-92
Moved by Melvyn Morris, seconded by Mary Griffin, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees, concerning
the Waiver Request of ANNE J: a waiver permit
for a pool, deck around the pool, at 3895 Paradise
Point Road, Southold, the following:
The Council recommends APPROVAl. if the applic.ant can provide a copy of a
legitimate building permit ShoWing that the project being granted a permit
without Trustee approval was done as an oversight by the Building Department
or
The CAC recommends [

To Whom It M~y Concern,
I would t~,om the Tmsx~'es for ray p*Ol, the deck around the pool,
the walkway, shed, ~ fencing.
The reason for this request, is that when Mr. 1~, ll,e/tly installed my pool. he
obtained a buitding permit from the Southotd Building Department without obtaimg
pennits from the Trustees Department.
I was not aware of the problem.
At this fimel would tike to rectify the problem by requesting a waiver from the
Imstees Departm~t,
I am'enclosing a new survey wi~h all construction inquest/on shown.
I bare installed a back wash <qstem ~br the pool filter ~;d pump. If it ever needed
to be used it will Only back wash on the south side o£th~, roa~ approximately 300 feet
from the wetlands. This way any runoff camox per.rate the wotlands.
