Dear Mr. Nine:
Pursuant to your letter of January 22, 1986 and
discussion with the Trustees at their regular meeting on
January 23, 1986 please be advised as follows:
Moved by Trustee Smith seconded by Trustee Bredemeyer it was
RESOLVED to Waiver the need of a wetland permit for the
placement of brush over the bank on the kound side to fill in
the wind tunnels to rebuild the bank to the grass area on
property located at Bailey Beach Road, Mattituck.

Gentlemen:
The Mattituck You~Bh~ctivity Inc. would like
permission to rebuild the Scout Bid on Baily Beach
Road, Mattituck which was burnt to the ground l} years
ago.
We also would like permission to put the brush
ever the bank on the sound side te fill in the Wind
tunnels to rebuild the bank to the Erasa area.
We did this before and it helped to bebuild the
dunes.
