Cause saltwater intrusion into the fresh water resources of the town. D. Adversely affect fish, shellfish 'or othe_r beneficial marine organisms, aquatic wildlifs and vege- tation or the natural habitat thereof. Increase the danger of flood and storm-tide damage. F. Adversely affect navigation on tidal waters or the tidal flow of the tidal waters of the town. G. Change the course of any channel or the natural movement or flow of any waters. H. Box 361 North Country Road Wading River, New York 11792 Dear Mr. Just: Transmitted herewith is the action taken by the Board of Trustees regarding wetland application no. 321: Moved by Trustee Bredemeyer seconded by Trustee Bednoski WHEREAS, the Land Use Company on behalf of the Mattituck Park Commission applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated August 13, 1985 and WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations and, V~EREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on December 26, 1985 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area; and WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the Town, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Land Use Company on Behalf of Mattituck Park Commission be granted permission under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the To~ of Southold, New York, all in accordance with the application. This permit will expire on December 26, 1986 if work has not commenced by said date. There shall be two inspections required; and the Trustees shall be notified when the project is complete. Please be advised that there is a $5.00 wetland inspection fee due. Upon remittance your permit will be forwarded by mail.
