With regard to your letter dated July 3, 2017 requesting to trim trees along your
southern property line that are within 100' of Schoolhouse Creek, the Board of
Trustees determined that the trees may be trimmed.

Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

This is a request to trim trees along our southern property line
that are within 100-'of School House Creek.
Our neighbors are the New Suffolk Shipyard, and they have
no objections to us doing this work.
This letter also gives the Trustees permission to go onto our
property to inspect the sight if necessary.
Enclosed is a photograph of the trees in question.
Our Tax Map Number is 473889117-5-24.
