The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees on Thursday, August 26, 1993:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grants
approval to the Mattituck Park District to repair the east side
of parking lot at Breakwater Beach and also waives any fees as
this is a non-profit organization.

Recommendation of Wetland Applications
The following recommendation were passed by the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council at its meeting held Thursday. August
19. 1993. Present at the meeting were Chairman John Holzapfel.
Bruce Loucka. John Hagerty. and Pat leaksen.
Moved by John Holzapfel. seconded by Bruce Loucka it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees APPROVAL
of the Wetland Application of CLEAVES POINT VIllAGE 38-7-4.2 g 8
and 38.2-1-45 exisUng dock modification. The CAC recommends
approval provided there is no increase in the number of slips.

RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees APPROYAL
WITH SUGGESTIONS of the Wetland. Application of the MATTITUCK
PARK DISTRICT 99-2-19.1 to repaint east side of parking lot at
Breakwater Beach which was storm damaged and to remove materials
which were placed under lot. {App ication a result of violation
issued.
The Council recommends approval with the following suggestions:
materials be removed and replaced properly; applicant may wish to
realign, the present configuration does not provide the best
protection.
