persons were ~iven an opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS, the Board m~abers have persona~ly viewed and are f~miliar
with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and~
~HEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation
submitted concernin9- this application~ and,
W~EP~EAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will
not affect the health, safety and ~enerat welfare of the people of
the town,
NOW, THEREFORE BE
RESOLVED THAT Land Use ON BEHALF OF Mattituck Park District to
reconstruct 135' of existing timber bulkhead and two returns
totallim~ 45' within 18". Also reconstruct within 18~ existin~ 50
of tirmber jetty at launching r~mpo
This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees.

of the date of this notification. Two inspections are required
