Be security conscious. No one permitted entry unless affiliated with the crew. • Please do not impede the use of the park beaches for private citizens. You cannot monopolize the parking lot or the stairs to the beach. • Only vehicles listed on your Town Permit can park at the beach parking. Permit must be displayed. Your permit lists how many vehicles can legally be parked on site. If this number varies we must alert the police prior to the shoot date. • Call list of staff and guests must be provided prior to shoot. • No smoking or lit fires on the beach • Crew size and call sheet required. • A permit is required prior to any person, organization, corporation, group or other entity engaging in the activity of filming or photographing a commercial, movie, documentary, television program, catalog or magazine layout, or any other presentation upon the streets, sidewalks or any other property owned by the Town of Southold. • The permit holder shall be required to have the permit available for inspection by the Town Police Department, or its designees, at the site of the filming or still photography for the duration of the permit period. OTM will supervise getting the permit. You must bring on site with you. No exceptions. • All garbage must be removed and taken off site by crew. Do not use public trash bins for crew garbage. Please do not litter the beaches. If garbage is found on site, crew will be charged a Town Garbage Removal fee of $250. OTM rep can assist in garbage removal for a fee. Please advise if this will be needed. • If police supervision is seen needed by the Town of Southold you will be assigned an officer. LOCATION #212RPB RULES (Continued) • A permit holder shall be responsible for any damage to town property or facilities that may result from the permit holder's activities. No alterations are to be made at filming or photography sites, including, without limitation, cutting trees, digging holes and trimming bushes, without the express authorization of the Town Board. • Issuance of a permit pursuant to this chapter does not relieve the permit holder of its duty to comply with all other town local laws, ordinances and regulations during the duration of the filming or photography. • Any action by any person, organization, corporation, group or other entity which violates or does not comply with any provision of this document shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $1,000, by the Town of Southold. • Please be prepared to use cellular phones on premise. Some servers do not work on the beach, most do at the top of the stairs and in parking lot. • Pets are not,allowed on the beach. • Please inform on site rep if you foresee going into overtime. Police must then be notified. • At the end of the shoot, leave the location in the same clean condition as you found it. Lessee has read and understands and agrees to the above policies. I also have a late request from the Southold Yacht Club for their annual registration this Sunday.Apparently last year when they were signing up summer kids for the Yacht Club, a bunch of the parents received parking tickets because they had not yet had a chance to get their parking permits. I told them I had no problem with them using a temporary parking permit pass, but I guess that should come from your office. Do you have any printed out that would be appropriate for this?They would probably only need 10-15.
