Dear Mr. and Mrs. Reidy:
In response to your letter dated June 30, 2017, the Board of Trustees reviewed your
request to remove the noted "dead" trees and trim the other trees as shown in - ,
photographs which were provided of the above mentioned property.
The Board of Trustees determined that the trees as seen on July 10, 2017 may be
removed and/or trimmed at this time.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
