BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Glenn Road at the intersection of the division line between

RUNNING THENCE South 66 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds East and along the Southerly side of Glenn
Road, 100 feet;
THENCE South 23 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds West 225.43 feet more or less along the dividing line
