BEGINNING at a monument at the intersection of the Southwesterly line of Oriental Avenue and the Northwesterly line
of Oceanic Avenue said monument being located 2059.77 feet North of a point which is 1731.04 feet West of another
monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS"and;
RUNNING THENCE, along said Oceanic Avenue line, South 20 degrees 14 minutes 45 seconds West 65.22 feet to an
iron monument and the lands now or formerly of George L.Bunting 1990 Descendants Trust;
THENCE,along said lands,North 62 degrees 51 minutes 45 seconds West 107.85 feet to a monument;
THENCE, continuing along said lands and the lands of Richard G. Ahman and Lillie M. Ahman, North 37 degrees 59
