NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law and Town Code
Chapter 280 (Zoning), Town of Southold, the following public hearing will be held by the
SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS at the Town Hall, 53095 Main Road,
Southold, New York 11971-0959, on THURSDAY, AUGUST 3, 2017:

Request for Variances under Article XXII, Section 280-116B and Article XXIII, Section 280-
124 and the Building Inspector's April 10, 2017, Amended June 9, 2017 Notice of
Disapproval based on an application for a permit to construct additions and alterations
and to legalize an "as built" deck addition to an existing single family dwelling, at: 1)
located less than the code required minimum front yard setback of 35 feet, 2) located
less than the code required minimum rear yard setback of 35 feet, 3) located less than
the code required minimum side yard setback of 10 feet, 4) more than the code permitted
maximum lot coverage of 20%; at: 5705 Stillwater Avenue, (Adjacent to Eugene's Creek)

The Board of Appeals will hear all persons, or their representatives, desiring to be heard
at each hearing, and/or desiring to submit written statements before the conclusion of
