The Zoning Board of Appeals granted a variance (6913) for the action on January 14, 2016.
North Fork Pool Care on behalf of KATHY & RICH O'TOOLE requests a Wetland Permit to
construct a 20'x40' in-ground gunite swimming pool; a t1,584sq.ft. pool patio; pool enclosure
fencing; pool equipment area; and install a drywell to contain pool backwash. Located: 700 Great
Peconic Bay Boulevard, Laurel. SCTM# 1000-145-2-6
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the
Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy
Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form
submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that
the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP policies and therefore CONSISTENT with the
LWRP.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its
written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
