Re: Proposed Site Plan for Craft Master Hops
SCTM#1000-108-1-1.1 Zoning District—A-C
This Agricultural Site Plan is for the proposed construction of a 120' x 60' (7,200 sq. ft.) frame
barn for agricultural storage on Suffolk County Development Rights land; 19.9 acres in the A-C
Zoning District, Mattituck.
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the
Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy
Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form
submitted to this department, the proposed action is recommended as CONSISTENT with the
LWRP.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written
determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
