Peter Stoutenburgh on behalf of JANE ROSENBLUM requests an Administrative Permit to repair the
existing 14.4'x17.2' one-story storage shed. Located: 1280 Bayberry Road, Cutchogue. SCTM# 1000-
118-2-10
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of
Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards.
Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this
department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is
CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards (Policy 6.3) and therefore is CONSISTENT with LWRP.
6.3 Protect and restore tidal and freshwater wetlands.
A. Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements of the Southold Town Board of
Trustees laws and regulations for all Andros Patent and other lands under their
jurisdiction.
The Board issued a Wetland Permit (7910) to re-side and re-roof shed in 2012.
Note, prior to that, there is no record of a permit for the shed.

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 275 of the Town Code of the Town of Southold and in
accordance with the Resolution of the Board of Trustees adopted at the meeting held on September 19,2012,
and in consideration of application fee in the sum of S 52 0.00 paid by Richard&Janet Downing and subject to
the Terms and Conditions as stated in the Resolution,the Southold Town Board of Trustees authorizes and
permits the following:
Wetland Permit to replace the existing foundation;new additions; replace
existing 2"d floor; expand rear porch; re-side;new roof;new exterior openings;
alterations; replace decking; railing;repair bluff stairs; re-side and re-roof shed and
garage;new septic and drywells; new fencing at rear; with the condition that there is to
be no electricity or plumbing in shed,it is to remain uninhabitable; and as depicted on
the site plan prepared by Mark Schwartz,last dated June 8,2012 and stamped
i approved on September 19,2012.-
