Barron, M.S. on behalf of CAMERON DOWE requests a Wetland Permit to construct a ±625sq.ft. shed which will not have electricity or sanitary; construct a 4'x15' fixed catwalk with six (6) 8" diameter piles; a 32"x12' hinged ramp; and 6'x20' floating dock with two (2) 8" diameter float piles. Located: 975 Cedar Point Drive West, Southold. SCTM# 1000-90-1-5 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP policies and therefore CONSISTENT with the LWRP. A Wetland Permit(4235) for a dock was granted in 1993 (see below). The dock is similar in configuration to the permitted dock.
