Sea Drive 54.-4-9 Dear Mr.John Bredemeyer, Thank you for coming to our property and meeting with us on March 16, 2016. During our pre-submission inspection we spoke about many things we were planning on doing. At this time we have decided to just apply for a 10 year Maintenance Permit. The previous owners were elderly and were unable to maintain the grounds. Some of the areas are not safe while walking on the property. We are concerned about the safety of our children and guests. If you recall the platform walkway to the left side of the home were loose and the roots of the Rosa Rugosa are so over grown my children already have tripped and fallen. We propose to do the following work: - Remove rotted platform boards. Rake sand and reposition existing blue stone stepping stones as walkway. - Remove the Rosa Rugosa and replant with American Beach Grass leaving 5ft surrounding the deck. Sand would be raked and left clean. In closing,as the warmer weather is approaching we propose at this time to cleanup our property. All other work that we discussed will not be done at this time. Once again thank you for coming out and meeting with us.We look forward in hearing from you soon as we are eager to clean up our property as the summer season approaches.
