Present were: Leslie Kanes Weisman, Chairperson/Member Patricia Acampora, Member Gerard P. Goehringer, Member Nick Planamento, Member (arrived 5:07 p.m.) Eric Dantes, Member William Duffy, Town Attorney Kim Fuentes, Zoning Board Assistant Call to Order at 5:06 P.M. by Chairperson Weisman. 5:06 p.m. Motion was offered by Member Dantes, seconded by Member Goehringer to enter Executive Session for Attorney/Client advice.Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (4-0). Member Planamento was absent. EXECUTIVE SESSION: 1. Attorney/Client advice. 5:50 p.m. Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Goehringer to exit Executive Session.Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was dWy adopted (5-0). Page 2—Minutes Special Meeting held June 15, 2017 Southold Town Zoning Board of Appeals WORK SESSION: 1. Requests from Board Members for future agenda items. 2. Withdrawal of ZBA#7010—Elizabeth Branch 3. SEQRA Consultant and Training. POSSIBLE RESOLUTION TO CLOSE THE FOLLOWING HEARINGS AMY E. REICHARD #7054 — (Adjourned from June 1, 2017) Request for a Variance under Article XXIII, Section 280-124 and the Building Inspector's January 13, 2017, Amended February 23, 2017 Notice of Disapproval based on -an application for a permit to construct additions and alterations to an existing single family dwelling; at: 1) less than the code required minimum front yard setback of 35 feet; at: 23650 NYS Route 25, Orient, NY. SCTM#1000-18-5-16.1. BOARD RESOLUTION: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Goehringer to close the public hearing reserving decision. Vote of the Board:Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). DILIBERATIONS/POSSIBLE DECISIONS/RESOLUTIONS: The Board continued with agenda items, and commenced deliberations on the following applications. The original determinations of each of the following applications as decided are filed with the Southold Town Clerk: APPROVE AS APPLIED AMY E. REICHARD#7054 DAN and CARLA MESSINA#7061 APPROVE AS APPLIED WITH CONDITIONS CARL STEPNOWSKY#7029 CARL STEPNOWSKY#7030SE ROGER and EILEEN PANETTA#7055 LESLIE BLACK: FM and JM PEYSER LIVING TRUST#7056 Vote of the Board-Ayes:All. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). Page 3—Minutes Special Meeting held June 15, 2017 Southold Town Zoning Board of Appeals RESOLUTIONS: A. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Goehringer, to authorize advertising of hearings for the next Regular Meeting to be held July 6, 2017 at 8:30 AM.Vote of the Board:Ayes:All. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). B. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Planamento to approve minutes from June 1, 2017 Regular Meeting. Vote of the Board:Ayes:All. This Resolution was duly adopted (4-0-1). Chairperson Weisman abstained. There being no other business properly coming before the Board at this time, Chairperson Weisman declared the meeting adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 6:53 P.M.
