SCTM#1000-27-4-7 The proposal to build an accessory garage is CONSISTENT., The proposed as built deck is INCONSISTENT with the below listed LWRP polices and therefore INCONSISTENT with the LWRP: 1. The as built deck (and stair) extends seaward of the Coastal Erosion Hazard line. The 8' high as built fence constructed without Board review is also recommended as INCONSISTENT. Pursuant to chapter 268, the Southold Town Zoning Board of Appeals shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. The deck is on the survey by John Ehlers dated 4/27/05 (copy attached). Our lawyers were told that the deck was c o'd, but it seems they may have missed a part of the deck that juts out. Re: "As built" -Fence I have a pool, so clearly there must have been a fence C of O along the way. I'm requesting an 8 foot fence because we have activity in the parking lot adjacent to the side yard (owned by the town) and I am requesting additional privacy.
