Located: 1890 Arshamomaque Avenue, Southold. SCTM# 1000-66-2-46 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed actionis EXEMPT from LWRP review pursuant to: § 268-3. Definitions. MINOR ACTIONS items "CC" and which states: CC. Structures less than 250 square feet in size that are accessory to existing permitted primary structures, and which accessory structures are greater than 50 feet from a boundary of a natural protective feature and freshwater or tidal wetlands; Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. The 86"x 86"x 37" hot tub holds approximately 375 gallons, weighs 705 lbs. dry and 3700 lbs. wet. (see attached sheet). The deck is going to be reinforced with new footings and support structure as per attached diagram.The existing deck is 41 inches above grade. Drainage for the hot tub will be provided by a 4ft. drywell that is located 116 ft. landward from the Southold Bay and is 12 ft. off the northeast corner of the house. The drywell is capable of holding 375 gallons. The hot tub has an ozonator which will help reduce the amount of chlorine required in the water.
