Road, Cutchogue Dear Mr. Strafig: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during their regular meeting held on May 28, 1987 regarding the above matter. RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees WAIVER the need of a Wetland Permit as requested by Garrett A. Strang, Architect on behalf of Diana Masso to reconstruct an existing'stairway to the beach inclusive of terminal landings at the top and bottom, and to construct a new deck and boathouse at the foot of the stairway with electric and water. Property is located on Nassau Pt. Road, Cutchogue. Please return to the Building Dept. for a determination on the need of any other Town approvals that may be required for this project. Rd. , Cutchogue Dear Mr. Smith and menbers of the board: On behalf of my clients Mrs. Dina Masso, I hereby request a waiver from the board, by nature of the fact that the proposed work will l~e land-ward of an existing bulkhead. The extent of the work will be as follows: Reconstruction of the existing stair to the beach inclusive of terminal landings at the top and bottom. Construction of a new deck and boathouse at the foot of the stair, with electric & water. If there are any questions, please feel free to contact my office.
