Located: 2230 Central Drive, Mattituck. SCTM# 1000-106-1-24 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that, the action is CONSISTENT with the below listed Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with LWRP provided: 1. A vegetated, non-turf buffer is established landward of the top of bluff to further Policy 6. Existing vegetation should be included in the buffer. 2. Minimize construction impacts to existing vegetation of bluff face. 3. Identify access and construction methods that minimize impacts. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
