Located: 308 Park Avenue, Mattituck. SCTM# 1000-123-7-7.3 It is my recommendation that the as—built structures are INCONSISTENT with the below listed Policy Standards and therefore is INCONSISTENT with LWRP. 6.3 Protect and restore tidal and freshwater wetlands. A. Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements of the Southold Town Board of Trustees laws and regulations for all Andros Patent and other lands under their jurisdiction 1. Comply with Trustee regulations and recommendations as set forth in Trustee permit conditions. The structures were constructed without a Board of Trustee permit. The proposed structures and patios are recommended as CONSISTENT provided that: 1. The Board requires that the 15' wide non-turf buffer be amended to a vegetated buffer that includes the existing vegetation to provide greater function and value. All buffers should be required to be shown on plans. 2. Verify compliance with Chapter 236 of the Southold Town Code. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
