Dear Mr. Marshall:
As seen on our April 17, 1990 field inspection it seems your
house placement as staked is approximately 10 feet seaward of
the Young & Young survey dated November 17, 1989. As a result
this Board will have to get a full application, where the house
is only 65' to Tidal ~etlandsL
Should you conf:orm to that survey and move the house 10 feet
landward no further action from the Board will be necessary.
Please be advised that permits from the N.Y.S.D.E.C. may be
necessary.
