SCTM#1000-89-2-5.1 The accessory wood shed location has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town'of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me,the proposed action is recommended as EXEMPT from LWRP review pursuant to: § 268-3. Definitions. MINOR ACTIONS item "F"which states: F. Granting of individual setback, lot line and lot area variances, except in relation to a regulated natural feature or a bulkhead or other shoreline defense structure or any activity within the CEHA. r The proposal to construct additions and alterations to an existing single family dwelling and add additions (observatory) to an existing single family dwelling more than the code required maximum two and one-half(2-1/2) stories actions in recommended as CONSISTENT. The proposed rain garden is supported; however it is unclear if the area will displace wetland vegetation. Please clarify the length and width of the area and establish it as a vegetated buffer to further Policy 6. The placement of the rock/mortar berm should also be clarified. Pursuant to Chapter 268,the Southold Town Zoning Board of Appeals shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
