BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the northerly side of Fleetwood Road where the same is intersected
by the division line between Lots 9 and 10 as shown on the above said map;said monument also being North
86 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East,along the northerly side of Fleetwood Road,94.83 feet from the
corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Fleetwood Road and the easterly side of Fleet Neck
Road;
