Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded and described as

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Westview Drive distant 185.37 feet westerly
from the westerly end of the arc of a curve which connects the southwesterly line of The Anchorage
with the northerly line of Westview Drive; said point also being the southwesterly corner of land
now or formerly of Joanne M. Galligan;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning southwesterly along the northerly line of
Westview Drive on a curve bearing to the left, having a radius of 106.51 feet, a distance of 65.00
feet to the monument and land now or formerly of Brenda C. Keil;
