As you may know,we are experiencing major beach and shoreline erosion at the current time. Therefore,we as an association are looking for guidance and or suggestions to alleviate this problem. Due to the nature of the issue it is important that we get this resolved in a timely manner. Currently, our outer beach located at 41' 2.074' N and 72' 25.556'W has been compromised (likely by a previous dredging) and the main community beach at 41' 2.114' N and 72' 25.564' W to the North West is eroding at an astounding rate. Members of LWPOA are requesting to meet in person at the site with the Board of Trustees to address erosion and restoration at this site.
