Hello Connie,
As you had requested, I am supplying information on a water heater that was replaced IN KIND at 1635 Smith
Road, Peconic.
I have attached 2 files:
• PROG_RH_N_Rev l ProfessionalClassic_Atmospheric.pdf-this is the spec sheet for the water heater
• water heater.JPG -this is a photograph of the model and serial number.
Please confirm receipt of these file and their adequacy in fulfilling the town's need for information regarding
the water heater replacement.
Regarding our conversation about a building permit application for the installed generator, I have spoken with
the electrician who performed the work. In a conversation with him today, he said he would be contacting you
to straighten out any paperwork and missed inspections.
I have separately resolved the issue raised by the building inspector of the relief valve hard-piped extension
length- rather than 1' from the floor, it is now 3" from the floor.
Please advise (or ask John) whether the generator will need an inspection after the paper work has been
submitted - or whether the inspector will only need to see the new extension pipe on the water heater(an issue
of whether I need to arrange multiple trips to the house for the inspector).
