inclusive" made from actual survey completed October 1, 1953,by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyor,
Greenport,New York, and which said map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 24, 1953, as Map
No. 2141 being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the Westerly side of Park Way being at the division line of Lot 8 and 9 of the
aforementioned map;
RUNNING THENCE, along the Westerly side of Park Way, South 00 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East 195.00 feet to
the division line of Lot 9 and 10;
THENCE, along said division line, South 89 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds West 182.70 feet to a monument and the land
now or formerly of Gerowski;
THENCE, along the lands now or formerly of Gerowski,the Easterly end of Clearview Avenue, and the lands now or
