McGayhey on behalf of Janet Maloney for an existing 14'8" x 31'6" deck located approximately 33'7" landward of bulkhead at 30 West Lake Drive & 2505 Little Peconic Bay Lane, Southold, NY. V~y~truly yours, III President, Board of Trustees JMB: jb TOWN OF $OUT?: ._._J October 15, 1990 Southold Town Board of Trustees Main Road Southoldf New York 11971 Re: Town Trustees Waiver for Existing Deck Premises: 30 West Lake Drive & 2505 Little Peconic Bay Lane, Southold, New York SCUM# 1000-90-01-25 Gentlemen: I am the attorney for Janet Maloney (formerly Janet Brugnoli) in her variance application with the Southold Town Board of Appeals for approval of an existing 14'8"x 31'6" deck, located approximately 33'7" landward of their bulkhead. Mrs. Maloney had been denied a Certificate of Occupancy for the deck from the Building Department under Article XXIII, Section 100- 239.4B of the Southold Town Zoning Code. In addi%ion to our variance application, I have requested a determination of non-jurisdiction from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. It is hereby requested that a waiver be granted by your o ' Board with respect to the af resald deck. I have enclosed the following to enable you to make your determination: Copy of survey of premises modified to indicate existing deck 2.
