RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Administrative Amendment to Wetland Permit#3828 for the as-built 4'x3' wood platform connected to 4'x47.7' permeable composite decking pier leading to a 3'6"x16' ramp connected to a 6'x20' permeable composite decking float with pilings; and as depicted on the plan prepared by Peconic Surveyors, P.C., dated September 22, 2022, and stamped approved on October 19, 2022. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not an approval from any other agency. Maloney 505 Bungalow Lane Mattituck, NY 11952 Re: App. No. 4-1-90-F~15 16-6 Dear Mr. Maloney: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its re~lar meeting held on May 24, 1990 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, James A. Maloney applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated April 2, 1990 and, WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a'public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on May 24, 1990 at which tame all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and docu!mentation -submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW, TREREFORE BE IT RESOLVF~D THAT James A. Maloney BE AND HEREBY IS GRANTED PERMISSION UNDER THE WETLAND ORDINANCE TO: Construct a 4' x 60' stationary dock and ramp; 6'x 20' floating dock, a total of 80' length in Deep Hole Creek at 505 Bungalow Lane, Mattituck, NY. This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed if work has not commenced by said date. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be Rotified upon completion of said project. Please return to the Building Department for a determination on the need for any other permits which may be required for this project.
