BEGINNING at a point on that course of the southeasterly line of a certain fifteen foot easement which
runs north 53 degrees 53 minutes 10 seconds east,said easement given by the parties of the first part to
the United States of America by deed dated January 27, 1956 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office the same date in Liber 4062 of Deeds at page 27;said point being 1050 feet northeasterly along
said southeasterly line from the southwesterly terminus thereof;from said point of beginning running
along said southeasterly line of said fifteen foot easement, north 53 degrees 53 minutes 10 seconds
east, 100.00 feet to a point, 191.67 feet southwesterly from the northeasterly terminus of said line;
