Box 402 Fishers Island, NY 06390 Re: SCTM gl0-11-3 Dear Mr. Malinowski:: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during tts regular meeting held on May 22, 1996 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, STEVE MALINOWSKI applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated April 10, 1996, and, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on May 22, 1996, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 37-i8 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees grant a Wetland Permit to remove existing dock and place new dock in new location approx. 8' to east as follows: an 8' X 40' deck with adequate spacing for sunlight penetration attached to a i3' X 16' "L" with a 9' 16' utility shed.
