Dear Mr. Miller:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during their regular meeting held on December 15, 1988 as follows:
WHEREAS Kenneth S. Miller, applied to the Town Trustees for a
waiver to construct Bilco door and retaining wall at property of
Robert Belsten, property located at 3650 Old Jule Lane, Mattituck,
N.Y., identified on Suffolk County Tax Map as 1000-122-4-23,
WHEREAS the Town Trustees have conducted an on site inspection
of the subject properuy, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED THAT THE Southold Town Trustees approve the request for a
WAIVER for Kenneth Miller to construct retaining wall and Biico door
at above mentioned property.
Please return to the Building Department for a determination on
the need for any other permits which may be required for this project.

We herewith apply for an expanslon of your waiver grsnted December 12, 1988,
(see attached) to construct a deck directly on top of the existing retaining wall.
The deck, which willbe constructed of clear cedar and CCA lumber of the highest qual-
ity, will actually be setback approximately one foot from the southern edge of the
retaining wall'and wi]] measure approximately eight hundred eighty-eight square feet.
