Re: Determination on need of a Wetland Permit

Pursuant to your request for a determination on the need of
a wetland permit to place fill behind the retaining wall on your
property on Vanston Road, Cutchogue, the Bay Constable has
determined that no permit is required, that this work is a
maintenance project.
