Re: SCTM ~86-2-11
Dear Mr. Magg~o,
Enclosed is a refund check in the amount of $150.00 that you
over paid for your I~rmit fees.
I recently sent a statement to your agent Patricia C. Moore,
Esq. listing the fees required. They are as follows:
Dock: 35' X 3' X $3 = $315
Ramp: 3' X 10' X $3 = $ 90
Float: 6' X 15' X $3 = $270
Total $675
Grand total including application fee: $825.00
You already paid for the application fee of ~150.00 on March 16,
1994. So therefore you were reqUired to pay $675 for properties
under Town waters. ~
If you you have any qUestions please call our office.
