Pursuant to your request for a waiver for the construction
of a deck addition to an existing residence on property
referenced above, please be advised that the Board has inspected
the property on March 17, 1988.
The Board has approved your request for a waiver of the
Wetland Ordinance as requested to construct a deck addition
the existing residence on property located on Inlet Lane,
Greenport.
Please remit the required $25.00 fee for this waiver request
at this time.
