TERMS and CONDITIONS

part of the consideration for the issuance of the Permit does understand and pmseribe to the fol-
lowing: 1. That the Southotd Trustees Permit must be prominently
displayed on the premises effected thereby during the period of
-':~- ?, That the said Board of Trustees and the Town of Southold are released from any and work

5': That the work involved will be subject re the inspection and approval of the Boatcl or
its agents, and non-compliaoce with the provisions of the originathg application, may be ca~e for
revocation of this Permit by resolution of the said Boaxd.

work shall cause unreasonable obstmctmn to free navigation, the said Permlttee will be required,
upon due notice, to remove or alter this work or project herein stated without expenses to the Town
of Southold.
9. That the said Board will be notified by the Permittee or the completion of the work auth-
