: Transmitted herewith is the action taken by the Board
of Town Trustees at a regular meeting held on July 18, 1984:
RESOLVED to recommend to the Town Board Approval of
the Wetland Application No. 205 submitted by Thomas D.
Mac Dougall to construct a ramp with a floating dock, with
the provision that the width of the ramp is reduced from
6ft. to 3ft. or less.

mop, provide a SCALE DRAWING which will show Ordinary High Wat~ Mark/ the shape
and size of the dock and any supplemental pilings which are needed to hold a floating dock
or tie-ua a boat. Give ail' dimensions necessary to determine the area of the dock surface
