Dear Mr. Serling:
In response to your letter received on May 16, 2017, the Board of Trustees reviewed
your request to remove the marked "dead" trees and shrubs at the above mentioned
property.
The Board of Trustees determined that the trees as marked and as seen on May 22,
2017 may be removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to remove these
trees.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
