Lyons OakwoodCourt Cedar Beach Park Southold, NY 11971 Re: Daniel Lyons SCTM 91000-90-4-22 Dear Mr. Lyons: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trust~es during its regula~ meeting held on April 28, t994 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, Daniel B. Lyons applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the previsions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southotd, application dated January 13, 1994 and, WHEREAS saidapplication was referred to the Southold Sown Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a. public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on April 28~ 1994 at which time ail interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board me~foers have personally viewed and are familia~ with the premises in question and the surrounding'area, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees approves the application of DANIEL B. LYONS to construct a 6' X 16' float, a 3~ X 14' ramp and a 3' X 10' platform with 2 pilings. Located Cedar Beach Park at Ba!rview, Southold. Permit will expire two years from the date it is signed.
