its regular meeting held on August 1, 1991:
RESOLVED that the Town Trustees APPROVE the request for a waiver for
the following:
To construct a 12' × 20' wood deck adjacent to existing frame
residence.
Please return to the Building Department for a determination on the
need for any other permits which may be required for this project.
